Associate Market ManagerThis role supports a hybrid work model with two days in office. Focus is on building and maintaining hotel supplier relationships, optimizing partnerships, and growing revenue on Priceline.com and Agoda.com.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong hotel supplier relationships and communicate Priceline and Agoda's value proposition to grow bookings, room nights, and revenue.Prioritize, plan and execute to meet or exceed defined targets and goals.Analyze data to identify business growth opportunities and ensure product competitiveness by evaluating market trends, partner performance, and competitor landscape.Conduct ongoing reviews of production with hotel accounts and present strategic recommendations to optimize performance using a consultative approach.Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract and onboard non-participating hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues that hinder booking performance.Educate and train hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems, tools, programs, and reporting.Collaborate with internal partners to complete business initiatives and drive market strategy.Prepare presentations and materials for external and internal meetings.Represent Priceline and Agoda in assigned markets, participate in industry organizations and events, and develop relationships with key local influencers.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in any relevant field.1–3 years of sales experience; travel industry experience preferred.Demonstrated success in acquiring and building long-term customer relationships.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.Strong sales negotiation skills and creativity in deal-making with hotel partners.Team player with a professional "get it done" attitude and work ethic.Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.Self-awareness, curiosity, and growth mindset.Comfortable with two-way feedback culture.Willingness to travel for partner visits and meetings.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $55k–$70k annually.
