What You'll Be Doing Operate a front-end loader to feed the plant and load trucks safely and efficientlyPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenanceMonitor material quality and communicate with team members to ensure production goalsMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standardsAssist with other quarry operations as needed What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environmentStrong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognitionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsWillingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
