This is not your average processing role — we move fast, we care deeply about our borrowers, and we hold each other to the highest professional standard.You'll own the processing pipeline from approval to clear-to-close, serve as a key point of contact for borrowers, and work hand-in-hand with our loan officers and broker partners. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced broker environment and take pride in flawless files, we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage and process a full pipeline of residential mortgage files in a broker environmentServe as the primary point of contact for borrowers — professional, proactive, and clear communication throughout the loan lifecycleCoordinate with underwriters, title companies, appraisers, and wholesale lender partners to drive files to closeReview loan applications, income documentation, credit, and asset docs for completeness and accuracyPrepare and submit clean, complete loan packages to lenders — minimal conditions, maximum speedTrack conditions, manage timelines, and keep all parties aligned and informedMaintain accurate file status and notes within the loan origination systemContribute to a positive, supportive team culture — we win togetherWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5–7+ years of mortgage processing experience, specifically within a broker shop — this is a firm requirementDeep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loan products across multiple wholesale lendersExceptional borrower-facing communication skills — calm, confident, and consultativeTech-savvy: highly proficient with LOS/POS platforms (Arive/Salesforce), Outlook, and standard mortgage toolsMeticulous attention to detail — you spot issues before they become problemsSelf-motivated with strong time management; you own your pipelinePositive, professional attitude and genuine team-player mentality — our culture matters to usBilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage and strongly preferredGarden City, NY office STRONGLY preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidatesWHAT YOU GET - COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive base salary commensurate with experiencePer-file performance bonusFull benefits package: medical, dental, and vision401kOUR CULTUREWe are a professional team that genuinely enjoys working together.
