The Catalog Manager will oversee each product throughout its entire life cycle and keep constant surveillance on the industry to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor portfolios. The Customer relies heavily upon the Catalog Manager for parts and equipment selection, expedited deliveries, and creative ways to improve their processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all internal teams to ensure precision and delivery of high-quality results in daily operations
Establish profit margins, inventory min/max levels, and pricing levels for items of stock and non-stock products
Work very closely with Natoli satellite offices, Sales Representatives, and Customer Service teams to meet customer needs
Partner with Marketing and Sales Representatives to promote new, existing, and slow-moving inventory products
Negotiate and partner with suppliers to deliver high quality products and services, upholding the Natoli brand and reputation
Inspect incoming products and outgoing shipments to uphold quality standards
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and sales teams for the entire line of products
Conduct market research and analysis to identify the requirement of new and improved products and keep the competitive edge in the industry
Provide hands-on training to Customers at Headquarters during quarterly training seminars

Make recommendations for new catalog products.
Qualifications and requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
Proficient with MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
Experience
2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced Purchasing and Customer Service environment
physical requirements
Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasks
Be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.
