**Clinical Nurse (RN) - CVOR**Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is currently looking for an experienced **Clinical Nurse (RN)** to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced CVOR environment. In this role, you'll deliver hands-on care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and families through every stage of treatment and recovery.**Job Type - Contract to Hire****Shift Hours -** **Rotating - 12 Hours (36hrs)****Pay -80-90/hr****Location -Palo Alto ,CA****What You'll Do:**+ Deliver evidence-based nursing care and manage the full patient care process+ Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement treatment plans+ Educate patients and families for recovery and long-term health+ Support a healing, compassionate environment**What We're Looking For:**+ Active **CA RN license** + **BLS certification**+ **3+ years CVOR experience (required)**+ Experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries preferred+ Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills**Pay Details:** $80.00 to $90.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
