## Description**Electrical Engineer Intern** **Location:** Scotts Valley, CA**Position Summary** Digital Dynamics Inc. (DDI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers to support the design, development, and testing of high-performance electronic control systems.The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field), has a strong technical foundation, and is eager to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world, fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components* Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical hardware and systems* Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to support engineering decisions* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineering* Document design processes, test procedures, and results clearly and accurately* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices* Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in electrical engineering**Qualifications*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline* Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher)* Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts, circuit design, and lab equipment* Experience with relevant tools/software (e.g., MATLAB, LTspice, Altium, or similar) is a plus* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiativeAt DDI, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real engineering challenges that support advanced technology applications.
