Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer at Standard Machine Inc.'s Cleveland, OH location. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to manufacture precision components. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machines, and ensuring that all machined parts meet specifications. The role also involves troubleshooting issues during the machining process and collaborating with team members to improve production efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Expertise in CNC Programming and Programming for precision machiningExperience in Machining and Milling operationsAbility to interpret and work with Technical DrawingsStrong understanding of machining tools, materials, and processesAttention to detail and a commitment to quality assuranceAbility to work on-site in Cleveland, OHHigh school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in CNC Programming is a plusExperience in a manufacturing or machining environment is highly desirable
