Supply Chain Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling across the organization. This role partners closely with procurement, operations, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure product availability while balancing cost, service levels, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain demand and supply plans to support production and customer requirementsMonitor inventory levels and recommend actions to minimize excess and prevent stockoutsCollaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams on material planning and capacity alignmentAnalyze forecast accuracy, lead times, and supply constraints; drive continuous improvementSupport S&OP processes with data-driven insights and reportingMaintain planning data within ERP and planning systems; ensure data accuracyIdentify risks and propose mitigation strategies across the supply chainQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field2–5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or inventory managementStrong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems requiredAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer productsExposure to demand planning tools or advanced planning systemsAPICS / CPIM certification a plusWhy JoinCollaborative, growth-oriented environmentHigh visibility and impact on operations
