Our people are our greatest asset—and how we attract, engage, and hire them matters.We’re looking for an Employer Brand & Recruiting Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and people-focused—someone who can help identify top talent, create strong first impressions, and support recruiting efforts from first touch to hire.Position OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of recruiting, employer brand, and outreach. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, support hiring events, and represent Plateau in the community.This is a full-time, in-office role in Kennesaw, GA, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with HR and hiring managers across the company.What You’ll DoRecruiting & Candidate ScreeningReview, sort, and vet incoming resumes across multiple rolesIdentify qualified candidates based on role requirementsConduct initial phone screening interviewsProvide clear notes and recommendations to hiring managersSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate communicationCandidate Experience & CommunicationServe as a first point of contact for candidatesRespond to social media messages, emails, and inbound inquiries related to hiringEnsure a professional, timely, and positive experience throughout the processCommunicate clearly regarding next steps and expectationsCareer Fairs & Community OutreachRepresent Plateau at career fairs, hiring events, and industry eventsCoordinate and attend school visits, workforce programs, and recruiting eventsBuild relationships with local schools, trade programs, and organizationsSupport outreach efforts to attract talent and grow awareness of Plateau careersEmployer Brand SupportAssist with posting jobs across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, industry sites)Support recruiting-related content (job posts, hiring announcements, etc.)Help maintain consistency in how Plateau is presented to candidatesAssist in launching and supporting recruiting campaigns and outreach effortsOrganization & ProcessMaintain organized candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systemsTrack applicant flow and basic recruiting metricsKeep detailed records of candidate evaluations and communicationHelp improve recruiting workflows and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or similar roleStrong attention to detail and organizationExcellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)Comfortable representing the company in public-facing settingsProfessional, confident, and people-focused demeanorAbility to manage multiple roles, events, and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HRFamiliarity with construction or blue-collar recruitingExperience with career fairs, campus recruiting, or outreach programsExposure to social media or employer branding initiativesWhy PlateauBe part of a company that’s #AlwaysMovingForwardPlay a direct role in building and growing our teamRepresent Plateau in the community and industryOpportunity to grow within recruiting, HR, or employer brandingWhat Success Looks LikeQualified candidates are identified quickly and efficientlyCandidates have a smooth, professional, and engaging experienceStrong relationships are built with schools and community partnersCareer fairs and outreach efforts generate quality applicantsPlateau is seen as a top employer in the industryHow to ApplySubmit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you’re interested in recruiting and connecting people to careers at Plateau.
