Systems Engineer, Systems Test

Overview In this role, you will lead the Systems Test division for Hadrian's Autonomous Factory Systems, shaping how factories sense, decide, and act. You will build and scale a team of test and simulation engineers, setting standards and processes across development and release. You’ll drive comprehensive test coverage, including simulation that models edge cases and production-ready validation. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a focus on test architecture and integration across hardware, robotics, and software. You will contribute to a mission: enabling autonomous manufacturing that accelerates capacity and reduces cost, at scale.
