Process Engineer
Title: Process EngineerSalary: $90,000 - $95,000Location: Bergen County, NJ (Onsite) Company Summary:A rapidly growing personal care manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineer to support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing operations. The Process Engineer will be responsible for:Running trials & scale-up work - Execute pilot batches and line trials, collect data, and support scale-up from lab to full production.Supporting new product launches - Take customer specs and help translate them into manufacturing and filling processes on the floor.Troubleshooting production issues - Work directly with production and quality teams to resolve day-to-day manufacturing problems.Improving existing processes - Identify variability in batching, filling, or assembly and help implement practical improvements.Maintaining documentation & specs - Update SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accuracy and GMP compliance. The Process Engineer should have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred (other technical degrees considered).3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Hands-on experience supporting process improvement, troubleshooting, and plant operations.Experience with scale-up, pilot trials, or new product introduction activities.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.Background in personal care, cosmetics, or similar industries is a plus.
