With decades of innovation and operational excellence, we are committed to delivering quality products while fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.Position SummaryReporting to the Plant Manager, the Reliability & Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading plant maintenance, engineering, and reliability functions to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn plant equipment performance (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and drive continuous improvementLead preventive/predictive maintenance programs and root cause analysis effortsManage and develop maintenance teams, ensuring strong execution and accountabilityOversee asset reliability, spare parts strategy, and CMMS/Redzone utilizationEnsure compliance with safety, GMPs, food safety standards, and manage budgets/capital projectsQualifications5-7+ years of maintenance or engineering leadership in food/CPG manufacturing environmentsProven experience in high-speed production with strong troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, controls)Expertise in preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and data-driven performance improvementExperience with CMMS or digital maintenance tools (Redzone preferred) and regulatory environmentsBachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
