As a Print Set Up Technician, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No two days are the sameyou'll be working with color, equipment, and a team that keeps production moving.What You'll DoSet up and mount printing plates for production runsMix and adjust inks to match colors accuratelyMonitor print quality (color, alignment, consistency)Perform quality checks to meet customer standardsTroubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothlyFollow safety procedures when working with equipment and materialsWork with your team to hit daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail (especially with color and quality)Team player with a good work ethicAbility to stay organized and work in a fast-paced settingBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)Problem-solving mindsetWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or machine experience is a plusbut we will train the right person!Experience with print or color matching (X-Rite) is a bonusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout your shiftLift up to 50 lbsComfortable bending, reaching, and working with your handsGood vision, including color recognitionWork EnvironmentYou'll be working in a production facility around machinery, inks, and moving equipment.
