These are fast-paced, high-visibility projects requiring strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts on active job sites.Position OverviewThe Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-track retail remodel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnelMaintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are metEnforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all regulationsConduct site meetings and provide progress updates to project stakeholdersMonitor quality control and ensure work meets project specificationsResolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forwardQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience with retail remodels (Retail or Grocery store experience is a plus)Proven ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsWillingness to travel or work flexible hours as project demands requireOSHA certification is a plusWhy This Role?Immediate project start – hit the ground runningCompetitive compensation based on experienceOpportunity to work on nationally recognized retail projects
