This role focuses on the setup, operation, maintenance, and support of advanced additive manufacturing (3D printing) systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, a hands-on mindset, and a desire to work with cutting-edge manufacturing technology.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, maintain, and troubleshoot additive manufacturing equipmentPerform routine maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on machinesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issuesSupport production operations to ensure consistent print quality and uptimeAssist with process optimization and material handlingDocument service work, maintenance activities, and machine performanceProvide technical support and training to internal teams or customers as neededFollow all safety procedures and company standardsQualificationsExperience with additive manufacturing / EOS DLMS systems preferred but not requiredMechanical Engineering (or similar) DegreeAbility to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills (software interfaces, documentation, reporting)Willingness to learn new technologies and systemsBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience401(k) with 4% MatchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insurancePaid time off.
