Electronic AssemblerNesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Assembler located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies in a production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working with small parts and tools. Key Responsibilities:Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and PCB boards according to work instructions and schematicsPerform basic wiring, crimping, and component placement on printed circuit boardsRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructionsInspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracyUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and quality standardsQualifications:Previous electronic or PCB assembly experience preferredAbility to read and follow written and visual instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityComfortable working with small components and repetitive tasksBasic understanding of electronic components is a plusSoldering experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs as neededNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
