Shift 2 (United States of America)Job Description-Position Summary:Milacron is looking for a Machine Runoff Technician to join our team in Afton, Ohio. As a Machine Runoff Technician you will be responsible for testing machines and troubleshooting equipment to validate our customer’s standards are being met. Working as part of a team and the ability to multitask are essential skills needed for this role.What You’ll DoTest machines, equipment, and subassemblies following specificationsTroubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical machine problemsKnow, understand, and use the Missing Parts SystemDocument the runoff process and complete any required paperwork Read, comprehend, and interpret assembly layouts, hydraulic circuits, and wiring diagramsRecognize any part malfunctions and take corrective action as neededOther duties may be assignedBasic RequirementsMinimum of an Associate Degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronic Engineering technology or related field or equivalent vocational/technical training and experienceAbility to use multiple programs and software utilities simultaneouslyAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication skillsAbility to lift 50lbsWho We AreMilacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
