Founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, and led by a Michelin-experienced culinary team, the menu is built around thoughtfully-sourced, nutrient-dense ingredients, and designed primarily for delivery and takeout.The Role The Food Safety Business Partner is responsible for leading food safety execution, compliance, and culture across the company. This role partners closely with Operations leadership to ensure consistent adherence to food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and brand expectations.Serving as the field-facing food safety expert, this position focuses on driving behavior, validating execution, and reducing risk through coaching, audits, and continuous improvement. The role plays a critical part in protecting the brand, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring safe food handling practices across all locations.What You’ll Do Ensure compliance with local health department requirements and company food safety standardsSupport restaurants during health inspections and regulatory interactionsReview inspection reports, identify trends, and partner with Operations on corrective action plansMaintain readiness for audits, investigations, and incident responseDeliver hands-on, in-restaurant training to managers and hourly team membersReinforce food safety fundamentals through real-time coaching and feedbackSupport onboarding and continuous education for new and existing leadersPartner with Learning & Development to enhance training programsWork closely with Regional Directors, District Managers, and Restaurant Leaders to embed food safety into daily operationsAlign food safety expectations with operational realities to drive compliance without disrupting serviceSupport new restaurant openings, remodels, and special eventsAct as a trusted advisor to Operations on risk mitigation and best practicesPromote a strong food safety culture rooted in accountability and ownershipLeverage data, audits, and field observations to drive continuous improvementSupport company-wide food safety initiatives and program rolloutsRecognize and reinforce positive behaviors and high-performing locationsSupport investigation of food safety incidents, guest complaints, and potential foodborne illness eventsConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actionsRequirements What You’ll BringRequiredBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Public Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)5–8+ years of food safety experience in multi-unit restaurant operationsStrong knowledge of FDA Food Code principles, HACCP, and active managerial controlExperience conducting audits and working with health departmentsAbility to influence and coach operations teams in fast-paced environmentsWillingness to travel extensively (approx. 50–75%)Bilingual - SpanishPreferredHACCP CertificationPCQI certification (or equivalent preventive controls experience)Experience working in restaurant environments Why You’ll Love Working With Us Be part of a mission-driven, fast-growth brand with huge expansion aheadCollaborative team culture that values creativity and continuous improvementOpportunities to build processes, innovate in the talent space, and shape the future of our workforceCompetitive compensation + benefits package Salary Description95-115k
