Customer Service/ Order Processor

Job Description Professional Search Group is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Customer Service Representative who will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting daily operations. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers. This role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care. The CSR builds strong, long-term relationships by fostering trust, clear communication, and responsiveness. Essential ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service across all interactionsProvide product pricing, availability, and lead times within established guidelinesManage a portfolio of domestic and/or international customer accountsAccurately enter a high volume of purchase orders into the ERP systemProcess order changes, cancellations, credits, and return authorizationsReview and interpret customer documentation, including terms, conditions, and specificationsCollaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Shipping, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionAddress customer concerns by identifying solutions and following up to ensure resolutionSupport Shipping and Logistics with domestic and international order fulfillmentIdentify and report potential safety concerns and adhere to applicable quality and operational proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose professional correspondenceProficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and data trackingExcellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentTyping speed of 40+ WPM and solid mathematical aptitudeEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredSome college coursework preferredMinimum of two (2) years of relevant customer service or administrative experienceExperience with data entry and ERP systems required (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or similar preferred)Willingness to travel occasionally for training or business needs, if applicableApply for this amazing opportunity today!Donovan ArandaDivision ManagerDonovan.aranda@us-psg.com
