PLM Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARYThe PLM Business Analyst will support the client's IT PLM team in executing strategic PLM initiatives across Brunswick's business divisions. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and enhances overall PLM effectiveness. The Business Analyst will drive user adoption through organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to maximize the value of PLM solutions. This position will act as a Business Analyst for Teamcenter and Polarion, delivering an intuitive and high-quality user experience through requirements gathering, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT) will be essential to translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions.Key Responsibilities• Support the client's IT PLM team in executing strategic PLM initiatives.• Drive user adoption by focusing on organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and training.• Act as a Business Analyst for Teamcenter and Polarion, delivering an intuitive and high-quality user experience.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions.Required Qualifications• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter (Siemens) PLM implementations, configuration, and business process mapping.• 2-4 years of experience in Polarion (ALM) requirements management, traceability, and integration with PLM systems.
