Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient ClinicPosition SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic team. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages and conditions while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This role offers opportunities to work in specialty programs including Vertigo/BPPV, Pelvic Health, Cancer Rehabilitation, Teletherapy, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans.Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercises.Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and healthcare team members.Ensure compliance with company policies and Michigan state regulations.Support clinic growth through community outreach and specialty programs.QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.Current CPR certification required.DPT preferred; Master's or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy accepted.Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.Skills & CompetenciesPatient-centered care and clinical decision-making.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient with EMR systems and computer applications.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Work EnvironmentOutpatient physical therapy clinic setting.Daytime schedule.Medium physical demand role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
