Organizational Design & Change Management Manager Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL Terms: Long-Term Contract (open-ended with extensions)Department: Org Design Team — HR Transformation / Enterprise TransformationOur client is seeking an experienced Organizational Design & Change Management Portfolio Manager to support a growing transformation office focused on enterprise modernization, organizational effectiveness, and business readiness initiatives. This role is a hybrid blend of Organizational Design, Change Management, Program Coordination, and Transformation Enablement.The ideal candidate will help drive both the people and operational side of transformation by supporting organizational design initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions, coordinating portfolio-level activities, and guiding business units through change adoption strategies tied to new products, services, operating models, and team structures.This individual will serve as a key thought partner to program leadership while helping maintain structure, accountability, communication alignment, and operational readiness across a rapidly evolving portfolio of initiatives.This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong facilitation skills, executive communication capabilities, organizational design exposure, and hands-on program coordination experience. The environment is fast-paced, highly visible, and focused on long-term transformation initiatives with significant executive engagement.Key Responsibilities: Organizational Design & Transformation SupportSupport enterprise organizational design initiatives across corporate functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and shared services teamsFacilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions focused on organizational structure, role alignment, operating models, and transformation planningPartner with business leaders and transformation teams to support organizational readiness and adoption strategiesAssist in standing up and supporting new product-oriented team structures and operating modelsHelp document organizational design outputs, recommendations, workflows, and governance modelsAct as a thought partner to transformation leaders and program stakeholders throughout design and implementation activitiesChange Management & Business ReadinessSupport organizational change management initiatives tied to enterprise technology and operational transformation programsDevelop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and business readiness activitiesHelp business units prepare for rollout and adoption of new products, tools, processes, and servicesGuide leaders and stakeholders through change strategy execution before transitioning ownership to operational business teamsCreate practical tools, templates, presentations, and enablement materials to support change adoptionCoordinate messaging and rollout alignment across multiple stakeholder groups and initiativesSupport enterprise-wide adoption efforts for HR and operational transformation programsProgram & Portfolio CoordinationMaintain oversight and coordination of assigned organizational design and change management portfolio activitiesCoordinate schedules, calendars, stakeholder sessions, and program governance meetingsCreate and distribute agendas, meeting materials, executive summaries, and follow-up documentationManage RAID logs, cadence tracking, action item follow-up, and portfolio reporting activitiesSupport portfolio health tracking, executive reporting metrics, and transformation dashboardsMaintain and organize collaboration tools including SharePoint and shared project repositoriesAssist with vendor coordination, financial tracking, and transformation-related operational activitiesEnsure cross-functional alignment between transformation teams, business stakeholders, and leadershipQualifications: 5+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Change Management, Transformation Management, Program Management, or related disciplinesExperience supporting enterprise transformation or HR transformation initiativesStrong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple business functionsExperience developing communication, readiness, and change adoption strategiesStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiativesExperience supporting executive-level reporting, metrics tracking, and governance activitiesAbility to operate in fast-paced and evolving environments with shifting prioritiesStrong presentation development and executive communication skillsExperience working with collaboration and project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Agile, SAFe, or product-based organizational modelsSAFe, Agile, PMP, Prosci, or Change Management certifications preferredExposure to organizational design methodologies, workforce planning, or operating model transformation initiativesExperience supporting enterprise technology rollouts or digital transformation programsFamiliarity with HR analytics, workforce metrics, and data-driven decision makingExposure to AI-enabled workplace tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or enterprise AI adoption initiativesExperience partnering with external consulting firms or transformation vendorsIdeal Background - This role is ideal for someone who combines:Organizational Design exposureChange Management experienceStrong program coordination capabilitiesExecutive-level communication skillsAgile/product team familiarityOperational rigor and attention to detailThe ideal candidate can facilitate business discussions, coordinate transformation activities, manage portfolio operations, and help guide organizations through complex change initiatives while maintaining alignment, accountability, and executive visibility throughout the transformation lifecycle.
