Brief DescriptionPosition SummaryEmployers Council is seeking an Office Coordinator to support our physical office space and provide a consistent, high-quality member experience as they connect members to a wide range of services across multiple departments. As point of contact for members across multiple communication channels, this role facilitates member’s access to services and supports Office Coordinator onboarding, engagement, and retention activities while ensuring efficient workflow.For over 85 years, our committed staff have worked at the top of their fields to provide the highest quality guidance to help organizations create cultures that support a highly engaged workforce.Become a part of making work better for everyone by helping employers build exceptional workplaces!The hourly rate for this position is between $26.44/hr. - $28.26/hr.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMember Experience and Engagement Serve as point of contact for members in-person, across phone, email, chat, and website using a professional, welcoming communication style to ensure a positive and supportive member experience. Support member onboarding, engagement, retention, and quality assurance activities through outbound communication, tracking interactions and reporting data to various departments. Engage directly with members facing complex customer service issues to evaluate the nature of their concerns and coordinate timely, professional resolutions. Maintain and update membership database and generate reports as needed. Identify at-risk members and collaborate with colleagues to coordinate outreach and address concerns.Office Operations & Administrative Coordination Greet members, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner creating an inviting office atmosphere. Oversees office organization and maintenance, including tracking supply inventory, ordering materials as needed, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring workspace remains clean, functional, and well-stocked. Open and close the office as needed, ensuring safety, professionalism, and readiness. Prepare office for in-person events and trainings, as well as supporting virtual sessions using Zoom and other tools. Provide administrative support for Membership team by maintaining physical and electronic files, gathering and compiling data, and preparing reports as directed. Coordinate in-person events by managing logistics, organizing meals, and ensuring efficient scheduling through timely communication and invitations to internal and external participants. Support technical equipment in office. This includes office printers, in person and virtual training rooms.Cross-Team Collaboration & Internal Support Interact with internal departments to improve member experience and ensure operational efficiency. Support leadership by helping administer budgets for equipment, supplies, and events. Identify process improvements that enhance both member satisfaction and office workflow.RequirementsQualifications/Education 1 – 3 years of proven, demonstrated administrative support experience in a professional environment preferred. Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive). A solid aptitude with video and Web conferencing applications (Zoom, ) is required. Ability to learn and become proficient in organizational software systems including document management, accounting, and client relationship management. Solid time management, proficient organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Effective problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to provide timely and accurate follow-through on projects. Ability to maintain professional manners and positive interactions with members, staff, and visitors. A passion for providing top notch customer service and supporting members. Must reside in Colorado within commuting distance of the Loveland office. Regular and reliable attendance is required.Work EnvironmentGeneral office environment with opportunities to work remotely.
