We are driven by the long-term impact our work has on the communities we serve.ROLE OVERVIEW:The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules to support successful project delivery. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to track progress, identify risks, and provide schedule-driven insights that support informed decision-making throughout the life of the project.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Schedule Development & MaintenanceDevelop baseline and detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeoutBuild schedules that reflect project scope, sequencing, milestones, and contractual requirementsUpdate schedules regularly to reflect actual progress and changes in the fieldSchedule Analysis & ReportingAnalyze schedule impacts related to design changes, scope revisions, delays, and recovery plansPerform critical path and float analysisPrepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholdersCollaboration & CoordinationWork closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to validate sequencing and construction logicCoordinate with subcontractors and trade partners to incorporate accurate activity durations and constraintsSupport owner and consultant schedule reviews and meetings as neededRisk Management & ForecastingIdentify schedule risks early and propose mitigation or recovery strategiesAssist project teams with schedule-driven planning and resource forecastingSupport claims analysis, time impact analysis, and documentation when requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred3–7 years of scheduling experience in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencingProficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft ProjectExperience with complex, multi-phase project schedulesSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate schedule impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesHigh attention to detail and organizationComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneouslyPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting healthcare, commercial, institutional, or large-scale projectsFamiliarity with delay analysis and recovery schedulingExperience working closely with field teams and operations leadershipBENEFITS:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 70% Employer contribution & Employee HSA contribution*Performance Based Bonuses - % of base salaryParental LeaveBasic Life and AD&D InsuranceShort Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Vacation, Sick Time, & HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (advocates to help manage and control stress levels and everyday life for you and/or your family)
