Role Description This full-time, on-site Level 1, Level 2 Technician role is based in New Philadelphia, OH. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, handling hardware and software installations, and providing support to users. Daily tasks include diagnosing system errors, maintaining IT infrastructure, and collaborating with team members to implement technology upgrades. The role involves direct interaction with staff, ensuring high-quality support and solutions are provided efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including hardware and software malfunctionsExperience in IT infrastructure maintenance and system upgradesKnowledge of network configurations and connectivity troubleshootingStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team as well as independentlyTechnical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+), or equivalent work experience, are preferredFamiliarity with educational environments and e-learning platforms is a plus
