Commercial And Digital Strategy ConsultantSummary: The Commercial and Digital Strategy team is responsible for providing strategic and business planning leadership and support across businesses and functions within the commercial bank. The Commercial and Digital Strategy Consultant is an essential role for the establishment and progression of internal strategic consultancy capabilities for the Commercial Strategy team and for Huntington Bank overall. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the execution of strategic engagements across the Commercial Bank in partnership with others within the Commercial Bank Performing expert network interviews and other forms of benchmarking to identify growth and/or transformation opportunities. Executing primary and secondary research, performing analytics, and competitor analysis to develop fact-based to support the execution of strategic engagements. Assist in the development and refinement of OKRs throughout the Commercial Bank (Objectives and Key Results). Leads, supports, coordinates and takes accountability for strategic presentations to senior management, working cross-functionally to determine and develop appropriate content, messaging and presentation. Assists in identifying, prioritizing, and managing various initiatives across the commercial bank. Performs ad-hoc strategic market analysis. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree in Business or related field 1+ years working at a management consulting firm, ideally with some experience in financial services 2+ years of experience including a successful track record of developing business strategy, financial modeling and analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and complex strategic analysis projects Strong analytical skills Project management skills Team player Strong communication (written and verbal) skills One year of direct experience in strategic management consulting or wholesale financial services strategy is strongly preferred Executive-level presence Ability to navigate and work with all levels within an organization Ability to work with ambiguity Strong research skills and desire to expand knowledge Ability to synthesize analysis and research into practical strategic insights and recommendations (critical thinking and assessment) Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize appropriately 3+ Years of Strategy or Business Consulting Experience Exempt Status:Yes (not eligible for overtime pay) Workplace Type:Office Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
