Shift leader - Fast casual restaurant

Job Summary: Ability to cashier, help with food making and serve alcohol. Collaborate with store manager in overseeing daily operations and workflow. Maintain positive moral with work crew. Maintain cash register sales balances. Ensure product excellence in all transactions. Ensure customer relations in all transactions. Has the ability to direct the crew during high and slow times of the day. Can maintain steady confidence during high stress situations. Two years of industry experience is preferred. All required certifications will be supplied by the company. Cash tips split at the end of each shift.
