Senior Implementation Consultant (HR)
Overview:
In this Senior Implementation Consultant role at ADP, you combine analytics and project management to help clients adopt our HCM products and services. You build trust with clients, analyze their systems, and guide onboarding experiences using ADP's training programs and service guidelines. You partner with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that fit unique needs, driving process improvements and successful implementations. This is a collaborative, inclusive role focused on client success, innovation, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and build long-term trust
- Analyze clients' existing systems, interfaces, and business processes to inform solutions
- Stay informed about HCM capabilities and new product features across work streams
- Recommend and implement appropriate ADP solutions based on client needs
- Drive process improvement and innovation to enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with client project teams, sales, and client service to align on solutions
Key requirements:
- At least 5 years in an implementation or business consulting environment
- At least 2 years in HRStrong client relationship skills with ability to influence and guide toward the best solution
- Proactive in identifying risks and mitigating them with the team
- Learning agility and critical thinking with best-practice application in new implementations
- Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- College degree is great but not required
- Military experience is acceptable
