Recruiter - Full Cycle (Fast Paced Environment)

Job DescriptionJohnson Service Group is seeking a Recruiter who can focus on full cycle recruitment, focusing on high-growth manufacturing, operations and technical roles. Key responsibilities include utilizing Workday/ATS for sourcing and strengthening employer branding to drive talent pipelines. The role requires experience in manufacturing/supply chain recruitment.ResponsibilitiesManage the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing customer and candidate expectations.Work closely with hiring managers to determine departmental needs and team fit; work closely with the Management team to actively source and vet candidates for vacanciesCreate and post recruitment advertisements with local organizations as well as various online mediumsWork in partnership with HireRight to ensure all background checks are being submitted and conducted according to client requirementsCoordinate with the Human Resources Business Partner for the onboarding and new hire orientations of all new associates of the teamCreate and develop relationships with recruiting contacts in the communityIdentify key recruiting sources (including offsite recruitment events, career posting sites, career fairs) that align best with the client's staffing needs; coordinate participation with the teamQualificationsBachelor's degree. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a technical or high-tech Recruiter, Sourcer or Senior-level Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate environment.Experience in manufacturing or contract placement firmSuccessful track record in matching/ sourcing candidates and persuasive selling style when interacting with candidatesProven success at devising innovative means to source high-quality hourly candidatesA strong working knowledge of Taleo or similar ATS is preferred; must have exposure to ATS in a corporate environment.Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical hourly candidates and strong knowledge of the Bay Area staffing marketAbility to actively engage candidates and quickly determine individual motivation, drive and desire to succeedHighly responsive to incoming communication with the ability and drive to large-volume turnaround requests within a short period of timeProven experience managing multiple projects occurring simultaneously and an established background working cooperatively in a team environmentDemonstrated cooperative and collaborative decision -making skills with a proven sense of urgency for goal achievementAbility to act as a Business Partner to advise, collaborate and challenge hiring managersDemonstrated ability to work within federal, state and local guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivityJohnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
