The Outside Sales Representative will focus on developing new business within the residential new construction segment, with an emphasis on windows and doors.Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires engaging prospective clients, identifying project needs, and providing tailored solutions; including installation services for single-family and multifamily developments. Daily activities include managing leads, developing sales strategies, and strengthening partnerships to drive revenue growthQualificationsStrong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business DevelopmentBackground in the Building Materials IndustryGeneral understand of blueprints/takeoffs Excellent abilities in Relationship Building and Customer ServiceOutstanding Communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targetsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independentlyExperience in the construction or energy-efficiency industry is an advantage.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
