Bilingual Delfina Doula (Contract, TX-based)

- This contract opportunity is through Delfina Medical Group -Objective: The Delfina Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.About Us: Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes.About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education.Responsibilities:Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basisEnsure patient's engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothersEnsure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organizationQualifications:DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certifiedStrong communication and conversational skillsExperience with Web and mobile technologiesBilingual in Spanish and English is a must haveExperience and knowledge of Texas communities is a plusTelehealth experience is a plusWe value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
