Responsibilities include providing care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments, assisting with procedures like IVF, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Fertility Nurse will also educate and counsel patients about reproductive health and treatment plans while maintaining accurate medical records and complying with healthcare regulations.QualificationsExpertise in Nursing and Fertility careProficiency in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and IVF Nursing processesStrong knowledge of medical principles and procedures related to reproductive medicineExceptional patient communication, education, and counseling skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environmentActive nursing license in the state of FloridaExperience in fertility or reproductive medicine is highly desirableBSN degree preferred; certification in fertility nursing is a plus
