Secret Data Solutions Architect with Security Clearance

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to support the U.S. Army Joint Modernization Command at Fort Bliss. This person will play a key role in helping the Army modernize how it uses data for training, experimentation, and operational decision-making. The architect will design data solutions, build dashboards, develop AI/ML tools, and ensure high-quality, secure data across multiple Army environments. Insight Global is supporting one of the Army's most forward-leaning modernization commands — and this role sits at the center of how the Army uses data to shape the future fight. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesArchitect and engineer data solutions using Azure, Army Vantage, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power - Automate, and Microsoft 365Develop AI/ML-driven tools that search and unify data across multiple Army systemsBuild dashboards, predictive analytics, and automated reporting for JMC leadershipEstablish data governance, lineage, and quality standardsIntegrate and ingest diverse Army data sources across multiple cloud environmentsEnsure OPSEC, IA, and PII compliance in all workflowsSupport ongoing Army experimentation and modernization initiatives Must-Have QualificationsActive Secret Clearance (required)U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Math, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years leading or engineering enterprise data/analytics platforms3–5+ years ETL, data wrangling, and pipeline developmentHands-on experience with Army VantageStrong experience with Azure cloud services (Data, Storage, Databricks, Analytics, Purview)Experience building AI/ML-driven data productsProficiency with Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, PythonStrong understanding of database structures, joins, and data blendingExcellent communication and stakeholder-facing skillsMust be local to Fort Bliss, TX by July 31st, 2026 Compensation: $67.30/hr to $69.71/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
