Since 2002, we've grown into one of North America's leading collision repair networks, with over 400 locations across Canada, the United States, and Italy.We support a network of independently owned collision repair facilities through best-in-class training, data insights, vendor partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.Position SummaryCSN Collision is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to grow and manage insurance partnerships across the U.S.This is a high-impact, performance-based role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating new opportunities, and managing key relationships with insurance partners.You will be part of a collaborative team, but this role requires a high level of independence, ownership, and accountability. While some leads and support will be provided, the successful candidate will take initiative in creating their own opportunities, building relationships, and driving results.If you thrive in a commission-driven environment, enjoy developing new business, and take pride in owning your success — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Pipeline OwnershipTake full ownership of your pipeline and proactively generate new business opportunitiesIdentify, target, and secure new insurance carrier partnerships across the U.S.Conduct independent research and outreach to build a strong, consistent pipelineLeverage industry networks, referrals, and creative prospecting strategies to generate leadsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingAccount Management & Relationship GrowthBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance partnersAct as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutionsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase referral volumeEnsure a high level of partner satisfaction through proactive communicationPerformance & AccountabilityTake ownership of individual performance, targets, and resultsConsistently meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environmentMaintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and performanceWork independently while collaborating with internal teams to drive successStrategic CollaborationPartner with internal teams (operations, finance, leadership) to align on partner expectationsSupport execution of company growth strategies and insurer initiativesShare market insights and feedback to help improve overall performanceMarket Intelligence & Industry EngagementStay current on industry trends, competitors, and insurer expectationsBuild relationships with key decision-makers within insurance organizationsRepresent CSN at industry events, conferences, and meetingsContracting & NegotiationLead negotiations with insurance partnersDevelop proposals and agreements aligned with business objectivesSupport forecasting and pipeline reportingTravel RequirementsTravel across the United States for client meetings, industry events, and partnership developmentEstimated travel: :25%Flexibility for occasional short-notice travelRequirementsQualifications10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance partnershipsProven ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline from scratchStrong background in the automotive, insurance, or related industries (preferred)Experience managing both new business development and client relationshipsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an assetStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyWhat We're Looking ForHunter mentality — someone who actively seeks out new opportunitiesAccountability — takes ownership of results and performanceRelationship builder — strong ability to develop trust with clientsDriven by commission and performanceStrategic thinker who can work smarter, not harderBenefitsBase salary + commission OTE $100k-$120kComprehensive benefits package401(k) planOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization
