Will you be a part of the team?About the RoleAs our sales organization continues to grow and expand, we are looking to bring on another SDR to join our high performing team! This role will be focused on building pipelines for the sales team to help with Flex's goal to partner with Property Management Companies. One will build pipelines through effectiveness with inbound leads, but predominantly through calling and emailing potential prospects to highlight the values of a Flex partnership.This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York, Bay Area or Salt Lake City headquarters. For candidates outside of these locations, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.What You'll DoNew client acquisition - drive revenue and market share within rental real estate marketBuild and manage a robust pipeline in CRMCreatively tailor your prospecting approach with different personas in each businessEstablish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound effortsFollow up quickly and efficiently with any inbound lead that is receivedEducate prospective customers on the value of FlexHandle ad-hoc projects/initiatives for the sales organizationCollaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customersKey Qualifications2+ years of professional experienceConsistent track record of quota attainmentDevelops relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptiveSkilled at phone, email, and social media prospectingAble to work both independently and collaborativelySomeone who is a self-starter, hungry for successFlex takes a market-based approach to pay, and compensation may vary depending on your primary work location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
