Technology Infrastructure Manager

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise technology environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership experience and a track record of managing high-performing teams. You will ensure system uptime, security, scalability, and performance while driving modernization initiatives that support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Operations & ManagementOversee the daily operation and performance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability to meet current and future business needs Manage infrastructure upgrades, patching cycles, and capacity planning Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues Security, Compliance & Business Continuity Enforce Technology security standards, policies, and best practices across all systems and networks Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal audit requirements Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular testing and documentation Cloud & Modernization StrategyDrive cloud adoption initiatives (e.g., Azure, AWS, hybrid environments), including cost optimization and performance tuning Evaluate emerging technologies to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability Partner with application, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives Team Leadership & Vendor ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of systems administrators, network engineers, and support staff Provide guidance on professional development and technical training Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and technology contracts Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional Technology initiatives Required QualificationsCollege level degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Technology infrastructure roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers, Docker, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Strong understanding of network architecture, storage systems, security protocols, and monitoring tools Proven ability to manage enterprise Technology operations and lead cross-functional teams RequirementsPreferred QualificationsIndustry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL) Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Veeam, and ServiceNow Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC), scripting, and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible) Exposure to zero-trust architecture and modern endpoint management strategies Ideal Candidate TraitsStrategic Thinker: Plans infrastructure to support long-term business growth Problem Solver: Quickly assesses and resolves high-impact issues Collaborative Leader: Builds strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams Security-Minded: Prioritizes uptime, protection, and compliance Mentor: Develops and empowers team members through effective leadership BenefitsWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off) Opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly expanding national brand Collaborative, growth-oriented culture in Las Vegas This is an excellent opportunity for a IT professional who enjoys the fast-paced travel center and retail fuel industry.
