We believe in creating a culture where employees bring their full selves to work while learning from and growing with others.Who We Need?Aditi Consulting is seeking a reliable and people-oriented Employee Support Coordinator to provide direct support to employees placed at our client location in New Albany, Ohio. This is a part-time, short-term role running immediately through October 2026. It is expected to be 5-6 hours per week, capped at 8 hours per week total, unless authorized otherwise. Working time to be during normal business hours of 8am-5pm on weekdays.The Employee Support Coordinator acts as the primary in-person resource for employees at this site, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and aligned with both their role expectations and applicable program requirements. This individual works closely with Aditi's internal People Operations and Clients Services teams to maintain consistent oversight and documentation.Responsibilities:On-Site Check-Ins & Employee EngagementConduct scheduled weekly one-on-one meetings with each assigned employee at the New Albany, Ohio client siteMaintain a consistent on-site presence to observe work activities, professional progress, and role alignmentServe as an in-person point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day questions, concerns, and guidanceBuild positive, trust-based relationships that support employee retention and performanceProgram & Development Plan OversightReview and maintain familiarity with each employee's role expectations, development objectives, and any applicable program frameworksMonitor that day-to-day work activities are aligned with defined role responsibilities and learning or development goalsDocument check-in observations and verify that employees are progressing in accordance with their program milestonesEmployee Support & ResourcesProvide practical guidance and encouragement to employees navigating the demands of a professional client environmentFoster an inclusive, welcoming on-site presence that promotes open communication and proactive problem resolutionConnect employees with appropriate Aditi People Operations, program management, or operational resources as needed to address questions or concernsEscalation & Issue ManagementIdentify and promptly escalate performance concerns, attendance issues, or deviations from program expectations to the appropriate Aditi stakeholdersExercise sound judgment in determining when situations require HR, legal, or program management involvementEnsure timely communication with Aditi's internal teams on any matters that require follow-up or formal actionReporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of weekly check-ins, observations, and any notable incidents or escalationsPrepare and submit regular activity and status reports to Aditi's People Operations team as directedEnsure all documentation is organized, retained appropriately, and available to support internal reviews or auditsSupport program compliance by providing timely and thorough documentation upon requestWhat You'll Need to be Successful:RequiredPrior experience in HR, employee relations, staffing coordination, or program supportStrong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to build rapport with employees from diverse backgroundsOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting expectationsComfortable working independently on-site with minimal day-to-day supervisionReliable part-time availability at the New Albany, Ohio client location on a weekly basisPreferredExperience supporting employees in a staffing, consulting, or managed services environmentFamiliarity with workforce program documentation and structured check-in or supervision modelsUnderstanding of employer responsibilities related to work authorization and program compliance in a staffing contextPay Transparency: The hour pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
