Job Title: Manager, Healthcare AnalyticsLocation: Remote - Florida, United StatesType: Full TimeOur Client is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead the execution of enterprise analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. This role plays a key part in translating complex data into actionable insights while partnering closely with business and technical leaders across the organization.What You'll DoLead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects aligned to strategic and operational goalsTranslate business objectives into scalable, data-driven solutionsPartner with business and technical stakeholders on requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user adoptionManage priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across multiple initiativesCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiencesCollaborate cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Finance, Network Development, and Payment IntegrityLeverage enterprise reporting and visualization tools to accelerate insight deliverySupport strong customer engagement through proactive communication and transparencyMentor, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics teamWhat You BringBachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or healthcare-related field; Master's degree preferred4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related analytical environmentsStrong working knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, indexing, stored procedures, and query optimizationExperience with large datasets, data validation, and data management best practicesFamiliarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages preferredKnowledge of statistical and analytical techniques such as trend analysis, data modeling, and root-cause analysisExperience leading or supporting analytics projects; project management exposure preferredHands-on experience with modern BI and visualization tools (e.g., dashboard-based reporting platforms)Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior analystsHealthcare domain experience such as claims analysis, utilization management, financial modeling, contract analysis, or ROI evaluation is a plus
