Human Resources Intern

JOB SUMMARYThe HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR and Wellness team with providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed by scheduling interviews, supporting the onboarding process for new hires, preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions, scanning of employee records, assisting in employee engagement activities and events, conducting research and benchmarking on HR best practices, and presenting findings. The HR Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department, including: Compensation, Employee Relations, Front Office, Leadership Development, Recruitment, and Workforce Development.
