Bartender

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology, along with your ability to engage with guests, will contribute to creating memorable experiences. We have FT and PT positions available for either seasonal or year round employment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and managing cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Skills Proficiency in operating POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Knowledge of bar/restaurant operations and trends in beverage service. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations related to beverage service. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality service standards.
