Ultrasonographer

Overview We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our team. The ideal technician will be kind, friendly, talkative & eager to give the customer the best possible ultrasound images. We are a small family owned & operated business. We are the oldest 3D/4D Ultrasound facility in the state. First Glimpse strives to go above & beyond to give their customer a memorable experience. We are looking to add someone to our team. This would be a part time position. We are flexible with hours. Options: Mondays (10-4), Saturdays (9-4) 3 Per Month Mondays (10-4), Tuesdays (10-4), Saturdays (9-4) 2 Per Month Mondays (10-4), Fridays (10-6), Saturdays (9-4) 2 Per Month Fridays (10-6) & Saturdays (9-4) 2 or 3 Per Month Just Saturdays (9-4) 2 or 3 Per Month Responsibilities - Perform ultrasound examinations using specialized equipment - Prepare customers for ultrasounds and explain the process to them - Analyze images to ensure high-quality 2D, 3D/4D/HD Images - Help customers with any questions & or purchases in the boutique as well Requirements - Possess knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) ultrasound is preferred - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and other staff effectively - Ability to provide compassionate customer care during procedures Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 7 per week Schedule: Weekends only Supplemental Pay: Tips Experience: Sonography: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Baton Rouge, LA 70809: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
