We've got an opening in our roster and we're looking to add a low voltage technician with some experience in the low voltage - AV field to our team! Someone who is hardworking, honest and a go-getter will do well with us. Our home office is located in Kent Island Maryland but work all over the state of Maryland, Northern Virginia and in Washington DC. The right person will have in-depth knowledge and practical ability to run wire in new/existing construction - be able to mount televisions to the wall using a variety of mounts. Be able to use power tools and measure with accuracy. Other plus's are: Ability to work alone or as a team, being humble and ensuring one's work is sound. Being neat, clean and courteous. We install a lot of gear from simple to complex systems, multi building estate to single room setups and mostly in upscale luxury residential. If you think you're a good fit please email your resume. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits include: Cellular Allowance, 401(k), Company car, Competitive salary, Employee discounts, Health insurance, Paid time offResponsibilities include: Installation and maintenance of electronic equipment, Custom Installation and setup of various hardware in finished and unfinished residential/ commercial (interior and exterior), Install, configure, and test various surveillance hardware, smart-home gadgets, cabling etc, Able to take direction and use cognitive thinking in order to complete complex installations solo or as a team, Must be good at solving and complex installation configurations on the fly, Pull and terminate cables, Rough-in and finish workMinimum Requirements include: Must have clean driving record, Prior experience running and terminating RJ45, Coax and RJ-11, Prior Experience installing AV industry products (tvs, racks, in-wall/ceiling items), Ability to follow instruction, Excellent communication skills; strong customer service skills, Must be able to lift 50 pounds; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb.Bonus Points for: Computer Networking and WiFi experience, Control4, Total Control/ URC, Lutron, knoweledge, Camera NVR programming/ setup experience, DSC Security products experienceAdditional info: Work vehicle provided, Paid Cell phone, Paid Individual Health Insurance, Paid Vacation and 401k offered, Growth opportunities are available
