Construction Machine Operator/Laborer

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Operating Engineer/Laborer, where you will play a vital role in executing industrial construction projects with energy and precision. Responsibilities * Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently, including excavators, loaders, skid steers and drills. * Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to assist in project execution. * Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and assembling construction components. * Follow strict workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company safety policies, to prevent accidents. * Assist with equipment repair and maintenance to ensure operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle. * Support site safety initiatives by monitoring for hazards, using respiratory protection when necessary, and climbing scaffolding or ladders safely. Experience * 2-4 years prior experience operating excavators, loaders, dozers, and skid steers in industrial or heavy construction environments is highly desirable. * Demonstrated knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Hands-on experience with power tools, equipment repair, and mechanical systems. * Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards. * Strong commitment to workplace safety practices and the implementation of health protocols such as respiratory protection.
