Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Design Engineer/Metrology Engineer/Process Development
*Duties:*
- Provide engineering support across PMTC Wet Process & Assembly operations. (Assembly, Heat Treat, Forming, Electroplating, Chemical Milling)
- Develop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Plan and run experiments, then analyze the data and report results with recommendations.
- Troubleshoot process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support equipment and tooling qualification, including installation, validation, and process capability studies.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process specifications.
- Monitor process performance metrics, yield, and quality data, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Evaluate new materials, equipment, and technologies for process capability and fit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain)
