Event Sales RepresentativeIn-person event role not a desk job.Work at home shows & local events, engaging attendees and generating leads.Entry-level role with paid training and real earning potential!Join Window Nation as a part-time Event Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience engaging customers and generating leads in a fast-paced environment.This is not a "sit behind the table" job. You'll be on your feet, starting conversations, and making things happen.Paid training included.We're hiring in the North Jersey region and surrounding areas, including: Whippany, Hanover, Patterson, Morristown, and other nearby towns.What You'll Do:Actively approach and engage event attendeesStart conversations and generate interest in our productsQualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointmentsWork toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentHelp set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)What an Event Day Looks Like:Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets)Set up branded displays and materialsBe on your feet engaging with event attendees (68 hours)Capture lead info and keep things organizedPack up and break down at the end of the eventSchedule: Evenings and weekends (when events are busiest and most profitable)Hours: 1030 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per monthWhat It Takes:You're comfortable talking to new people all dayYou bring energy, confidence, and a strong work ethicYou're reliable and show up ready to performYou're motivated by goals and performance-based earningsYou can stay on your feet for extended periodsCustomer-facing experience helps (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) but isn't requiredBasic Requirements:High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodationsAbility to stand for 68 hours, with or without accommodationsReliable transportation to event locationsNice to Have:1+ year of sales or customer-facing experienceComfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groupsBilingual is a plusPay & Perks:Competitive hourly rate + uncapped commissions based on performance (up to $50 per lead)Paid trainingMileage reimbursement (round-trip to events)Growth opportunities into full-time and sales rolesTeam environment that actually supports you$19 - $19 an hour
