Senior Account Supervisor
The Senior Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and capitalizing on growth opportunities. This individual will be driven to provide professionally tailored projects to the client’s needs and properly advocate client goals to internal teams to cultivate success for the agency.**Only candidates in the TriState area will be considered for this role (NYC/NJ/Local PA)**EXPERIENCE:5-7 years’ experience; 3 years Payer Access and Reimbursement experience requiredCollege degree and/or equivalent work experience required1-2 years management experienceDemonstrates strong oral and written communication skillsLEADERSHIP:May mentor/oversee1+ direct reportsMay serve as pitch captain when new business opportunities ariseCLIENT ENGAGEMENT:Responsible for 1-2 brands ($1M-$1.5M in revenue)Takes detailed meeting notes, finalizes/sends client contact reportMaintains, finalizes, and sends client status reportsDemonstrates understanding of brand strategy as it relates to tactical developmentMentors/advises junior account team members in appropriate client interactionsContributes to brand planning, in collaboration with managerWork with Manager and Strategy to capitalize on opportunities for organic growthVEEVA SUBMISSIONS:Ensures timely submission of materials to Veeva per the submission calendarOpens job codes in VeevaCompletes Veeva submissions and oversees direct report's submissionsAttends medical/legal/regulatory review meetingsDownloads medical/legal/regulatory review comments and saves in iMeetEnsures that medical/legal/regulatory review comments are marked up and incorporated accuratelyPROJECT MANAGEMENT:Lead and/or oversee direct reports' internal kickoff meetingsDevelop project briefs and/or oversee direct reports' project brief developmentMarkup / route client comments; provide oversight to direct reports' routesActively works with other departments to avoid challenges and/or resolve them quicklyServe as internal team lead; collaborate with strategy and leadership on overall brand planLead the more strategic / complex tactics and initiatives, delegate appropriate projects to junior account colleaguesAugments clinical knowledge with understanding of multiple channels and therapeutic areasFINANCES: Provides manager with budget estimates for new projectsMonitor budgets by project; notify clients of [potential] scope creepResponsible for recognition of full POPrepares invoicing details for review by managerDrafts SOWs for review by managerProvides input to support revenue projectionsNPG Health is an equal opportunity employer and strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination based upon an individual’s race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin/ancestry, age, mental/physical disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
