Job Description:
Our servers provide high quality, memorable dining experiences for guests while supporting the mission of Field & Main: to build community and connections through food and drink. In addition, servers are charged with maintaining excellent service standards, menu and beverage knowledge, clean and organized service stations, and a positive work environment for all team members.
Requirements:
High school or bachelor's degree
Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have 2+ years serving in a fine dining setting
Proficiency in point of sale systems (Toast preferred)
Must have the ability to work nights and weekends
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a passion for food, beverage and service.
Wine and spirit knowledge and the ability to communicate this knowledge to guests
Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within a team environment.
