Network Engineer

Location: Irving, TXSchedule: Onsite five days per week, Monday through Friday, first shiftDuration: 12-month contract to startAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support enterprise LAN environments across locations in the Americas. You will troubleshoot production issues, configure and support Cisco switches, and work with other technical teams on network changes. The role includes rotating on-call coverage for occasional after-hours and weekend incidents.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve LAN issues, including replacing defective components when needed.Configure, implement, and support Cisco switching infrastructure.Respond to network support requests and critical incidents.Coordinate infrastructure integrations with business partners and vendors.Work with other technical teams on changes involving firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and network access control.Follow IT service management processes and document network changes.Recommend process improvements and advise business partners on LAN-related issues.If interested in more details, please apply!
