Printer Technician (Print Support Specialist)

Job Summary:Driving: This does require driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/ supplies delivery.Interview Type: Virtual at first, then In-person for final candidate determinationYou will be responsible for Checking Service Now Tickets and Answering Phone Calls to respond to service requests and Printer Supply deliveries on a day-to-day basis.Looking for someone who has - Worked with Printers previously, some Network/IT knowledge.This position is working with Ricoh Printers, this involves moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system to include remote clinics.Lots of Walking required, Lifting up to 50 lbs.Required, driving a personal vehicle to remote locations required.Parking is free. KEY REQUIREMENTS:TYPICALLY REQUIRES:High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferredIT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)Technical Training & Certifications: Client Certifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent customer service skillsGood project management skills and ability to prioritize tasksStrong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level-Requires internal contact within department and with other corporate personnel, and external contact with customers, agencies, vendors, etc.-Work assignments are diversified.Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems.New alternatives may be developed to resolve problemsModest physical effort is required. Work does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.)-Requires moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination.
