Company DescriptionSaos Capital, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm offering fiduciary fee-based services based on assets under management. The firm is located in Mt Pleasant, SC.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager. This role is split between handling the daily operations of the firm and managing requests from our clients. You will work directly with the Chief Compliance Officer to make sure our paperwork and reporting are accurate, and you will be a main point of contact for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesMoney Transfers & Paperwork: Process wires, checks, and account transfers. You will be responsible for filling out and submitting custodian paperwork correctly the first time.Client Support: Answer phone calls and emails from clients regarding their accounts. You will help them with administrative requests and keep them updated on the status of their transfers.Compliance Support: Help the Chief Compliance Officer prepare daily and quarterly reports. You will maintain clean files and records to ensure we are ready for regulatory audits.Database Maintenance: Keep our CRM and client database up to date with accurate information.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAcute attention to detailSelf-MotivatedAbility to multitask and shift between job functions quickly while staying organizedExperience in the financial services industryExperience with investment products and servicesAbility to work independently and within a teamBachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field
